My bitrate

I have DSL and on the winamp radio search my bitrate is set to modem 28.8 , How can I change this ?

KXRM, I have had a problem trying to figure out how to change my Bitrate as well. I cleared the cookies......don't see how that would help....don't see any thing different.

Just trying to understand if this 'listing page' with the 'massive link' even exits, and if it does, where in the heck is it located?
