ban file?

First of all I would like to ban an IP. I don't know how. There is no ban file and I don't know where to create it. This person signed on repeatedly for 5-7 seconds at a time for over 15 minutes.

Allright simply

it apears to be a song stealer. A person tring to build a playlist by stealing the songs titles off a station.

Ban by:
going to the admin page on the remote status page

log in:
user name: admin
pwd: (defined in config file on server) changeme is default

then you'll see the ip address if its currently tuned in
theres a link that has ban on it. Click it,, poof hes banned

if you need more help on that I'm here
