Ok dudes, i need some more help....

I've got everything set up... right now i'm playing a song and it says sending bytes w/e, but when i send the address to my friends they can't hear the station

http://ipnumberhere:8000/listen.pls

what do you think is wrong?

what are some possibilities?

do i need to do anything special under the yellow pages to get it to work???

also does the listener just need to have the winamp open or do they need the server and log into that as well

I've basically got everything under control except how to inform the viewer of how to listen to the station

Q: also does the listener just need to have the winamp open or do they need the server and log into that as well
A: Clicking the *.pls will launch Winamp if it is the *.pls associated application
