I opened Ventrilo and my shoucast is f-ed up

Okay if you dont know what ventrilo is. It is sort of like net meeting but for gamers. and I opened it and now im all staticy on air. I restarted comp and nothing changed what did ventrillo do to my comp. If you want to im me Bmwilliams2100 is aim sn!
