Everythings running but computer doesn't upstream

Hi there,

i'm trying to set up a livestream using Winamp 2.95 and Shoutcast under Windows 98SE. Maybe one of you could help me analysing and solving the problem i have. I do the following:

- i start Winamp
- Shoutcast DSP is then also shown on the screen
- i hit play on Winamp
- there is shown activity in the Shoutcast DSP level-meters
- i start the Shoutcast DNAS
- hit the "connect"-button in the Shoutcast DSP window
- everything works fine. i get no error messages
- in the Shoutcast DSP window the "sent xxxxxxx bytes"-information is running
- but there's no upload from my computer
(the two little computer monitors in the system tray are showing no activity)

the Shoutcast DNAS logfile looks like this:

Exactly the same thing happens when i run Oddcast.
What could i do to get the stream to work properly?
Any help will be much appreciated here - thank you VERY much in advance for your suggestions!
