Setting Up SHOUTcast and NSV Live Capture To Stream Webcam

Hi everyone:

I know this has probably been brought up before, but I'll ask it again...

It has come to my attention that my cam page at http://kpdcnetradio.***********/webcam.html can only be received by those with broadband connections (as it's optimized for a large screen and CD quality audio output using iVista as my cam software), however what I'd like to do is use NSV Live Capture and my SHOUTcast Server to provide a "Low-Fi" version of my cam page (or at least an external stream).

Problem is my cam (and apparently the iVista software as well) utilizes the Microsoft WDM Image Capture Driver. What I'd like to do is download and install a WDM-emulator which NSV Live Capture will recognize and use that for NSV Live Capture, thus giving me an extra driver to work with to stream my cam via NSV. Would this work or not?? If so, where's a good RELIABLE, REPUTABLE & SAFE site (i.e. NO CRACK SITES) to download these types of drivers??

Also, I will need to reconfigure my SHOUTcast Server whereas it can support multiple port streaming (this is so that my radio station is only affected by the loss of listeners which would be re-allocated for NSV use). Where do I make this/these change(s)?? I know it's somewhere in the CONFIG file, but I don't quite know just where or how (i.e. what keys to use on the keyboard to command the server to allow the usage of more than one port for streaming).

As for embedding my cam image into the a webpage, I can always use the source code which is used on the Nullsoft Public Access Website and make the neccessary corrections from there (or borrow the code from someone else's NSV-based cam page). :-)
