Looking for Bandwidth Help

Currently my station: http://www.eccentricbeats.com is running on Live 365, I am planning on switching over to a Shoutcast Server to start broadcasting on August 1st. My problem will be that my cable modem will not be able to handle the amount of sim. listeners I get (anywhere from 30 - 100 +).

I've seen so many different people advertising their hosting on this forum, I've even emailed a few and have yet to receieve emails back. If anyone here is interested or knows where I can get a good price, please let me know. I'm a student and don't have a lot of money (would like to spend no more than 80 a month, but retain good quality sound). I love the music we provide and feel that there needs to be more ways to hear it.

If anyone here would be interested in becoming a mirror site I could offer free advertising and ad placement, I know it may not be much but the site has listeners in over 35 countries.
