Music Station with Winamp 2 ?

Hi,
i hope you will understand my english, because it's not the best.

I downloaded Winamp 2.0 and the Plugins for the musicstation etc.
I'm ready so far to have a streaming in the Internet and it works. Now here is my problem:
I want to use a microphone when i push the button "push to talk" the i can talk and when i leaved the button i can speak into the microphone and my voice is recorded. hmm, how can i make it that my voice only is recording when i push the button and not all the time?
And the music volume is to low, how can i make it higher when i choose:
Soundcard mixer > mic input > Microphone
???
