Use a microphone

oh no that's not my problem i know how i can use a microphone, i'm searching for the perfect settings to use it.

When i click on the talk button, then the music is turning low an the microphon is turning hight. So i can speak now, that's working fine, but if i leave this button, the music volume is turning hight and the microphon is turning low. That's also fine. but when i talk noiw, my coice can be hear in the stream without pushing this button. That's my problem.
