Wesley Willis - Anything by this guy is ear-wrenching, yet funny(i.e. Cut The Mullet).
Hanson - MmmmBop. Don't know how this band got popular. It's scary actually. Basically any crappy pop band is horrible IMO. |

Zootm -- That's so true. That and money.
Anything by Celine Dion. She pisses me off. I hate Britney's songs. Unintelligent lyrics and an annoying beat. Fuck off, boob-pumping whore. Some other shit... I forget the name... I'll post back when I remember. just as feathery as ever | portfolio | a poignant quote |

Just a useless fact, but did you know that it took TWO people to write that song? They also have it copyrighted. |

My entry would surprisingly have to come from maybe the best band ever, the Beatles. "Revolution #9" from the White Album. I'm not really sure you could even call it a song. It's just bad noise. I see no stinking sig! Do you see a stinking sig? |

Most techno mixes (for techno mixes sake) get my eternal scorn. They're an abomination. I'm waiting for the techno cuts of the wedding & funeral marches. I believe they may even exist.

![]() you must admit many aspects are similar: cheesy love songs, heart throbs, teeming masses of crazy, fainting, psychotic female fans, etc. The beatles were more talented as they could play their own instruments and wrote their own songs. Plus they started to expand song subjects in their later work and sang about drugs and other stuff but the overall majority of their early work was love songs.

Any song by Celine Dione, Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias...(by the way, I know I spelled most of their names wrong, but IMHO, they don't deserve the right to have their names spelled correctly...)I hear them EVERY DAY at work.....Damn Acme....

ditto, and i never really liked "in da club" in the first place, the guy's way overplayed and it's getting pretty damn annoying. ditto on the Celine Dion. and i'm surprised no one has mentioned "elevator music" or that crap that they use when companies put you on hold. oooooo, and Kenny G! |

Heh, hold music.
Cable & Wireless' tech support line used to play Sunchyme by Dario G, which was an alright record - trouble is, it was a four minute track and C&W had approximately one man doing tech support, so you'd typically be listening to it for five hours until he got round to you... Now it's NTL, and they play something by Vivaldi, constantly interrupted by "your call is important" - No shit, I wouldn't call if it wasn't important, you morons. And they have more tech support staff. At least three.

I'm very fond of Dan Hartman's 'Relight My Fire'. It's a shame a boy band had to tarnish it.

Speaking of tarnishing, that reminds me- The Kenny G "redux" of Louis Armstrong's "It's a wonderful world"- where he proceeds to play his clarinet *right over* the recording.
The Jazz equivalent of someone doing a tap dance on the shroud of Turin (It's a wonderful world being a sacred object) |
