FM tuner issue

We have permission to broadcast a weekly radio show over the internet. The problem is I have a Voodoo 3 3500 in an old machine I would like to use to send the stream to the server. The FM tuner picks it up clear as a bell, but I can't send it to the server. I have chosen sound card for the input, is this correct? Am I not able to use the 3500 FM tuner? I can send up streams if they are played by winamp, but the tuner doesn't play thru winamp...any experts have an idea? Thanks

You'll need to select the proper channel in the Recording Mixer.
