Que next song like winamp 3?

Ok some quick questions. With winamp 3 you can que songs on command when u right click a song and click enque. Is there any way i can have this type of feature with winamp 2 without having to make a playlist everytime and have it play in that same order. Also when u use shoutcast to create your own radio station, does this only work with winamp2? Thanks for everyones input!!
