NSVPlayX/NSVPlayMoz

I was wondering whether users are allowed to use the NSVPlayX/NSVPlayMoz used on the NTV page, and if so, how? The only reference I found is the Intro to NSV post at the top of the forum and this post:

There never was any answer from an admin to that post.

So does that mean we are allowed to use it? (I'm assuming so... just didn't want to get in trouble for copyright violations or something like that.)

And sorry for not seeing that before, I just searched for NSVPlayX and that didn't show up since it's not specifically mentioned in that thread.
