SPTI support

To read CDs using digital audio extraction I have to install an ASPI layer even though Windows XP can read CDs in SPTI mode instead. So how about more support for Windows XP such as a skinned interface.

i second both, spti support for in_cdda and a xp manifest compiled into winamp.exe
