Transparent WinAmp window and locking it

I`d like to be able to make WinAmp's window transparent and be able to pin it to desktop (lock it's movement). i think i`d look pretty neat and very usefull(especially with free form skins that should be supported in WA5). that way the window would be locked and there would be noo need for winamp plug ins (that just eat up RAM) like the one in DesktopX or samurize. As u can guess, basically an iCandy

Maybe one of these could be of any use? Don't know if the movement stuff is possible though... You always could stick it somewhere where it isn't in your way.
