ID3 pop-up thingy

I searched for info on this, but didn't find any, I apologize if I missed it. I had a song once that had a command in the ID3 file that made a window open with the band's webpage on it everytime I played the song. How do you do this? Thanks for any help.

ok, so I finally found a song that had the command, turns out you just put the following in the comment box...

^www.whateverwebsiteyouwant.com

i haven't been able to make this work on my mp3's. so do you just add the address (with or without the http:\\ ? ) and the minibrowser will just open it? on my file i tried by putting it to the comment on the id3 v1 and then the url line on the id3 v2, without any luck.

so how does it work?
