Plugins not working

Quick Q:--> My plugins do not work. I have 2.91 (downloaded again to make sure) and the default plugs plus one other, the Chun-Yu Shei MP3 output plug. None of these work. I select (highlight) the diskwriter, the mp3 out, the wav out also and none of them produce output. They just play along through my sound system?? I am not sure what is going on there, I even tried renaming all of them so that only one plugin is available and it still plays though the sound system?? Any help would be appreciated and TIA!!!

What formats are you trying to play?

WMA?
Use the old WMA plug.

CD Audio?
Preferences (Ctrl-P) > Plugins > Input > Double Click "Nullsoft CD/LineIn plugin..." > Check "Enable Digital Audio Extraction"

SHOUTcast?
SHOUTcast streams cannot be written to disk.

Any thing else?
It should work. If you have problems completely uninstall and reinstall Winamp. Post back with system specs and stuff.

Sorry, I knew I was forgeting something. Yes, i was trying to play WMA. I used the old in_plug like you suggested and tuned it right up. I am now busy converting to a usable format. I appreciate the quick response. Thank You very much!!!
