hi ppl,
Lemme introduce myself. I’m Sanchit Bhatnagar the creator of Mr.Gooochie.

I entered this post for the first time and am i in shock. Though i've found here people who've liked him but i was really disappointed to see all the bitchin' about him. I really got a confidence smash. I know some machines don’t run him and he goes very slow on some other, esp those with that ATI cards. But, Its not my fault! See I don’t have a whole team of programmers sittin to debug him and test him. As a matter of fact suppose that if I had even then I couldn’t never guarantee that, like ms windows does hang once everyday, doesn’t it?
I have a AMD-K6 processor with a SiS card and gooochie 3d runs fine on it. About 60 fps. (Yeah! Believe me Its too good for a SiS card) As a matter of fact I thought if something can run on my SiS accelerator it can run on just anything, but … whatever.

I’ve just completed the graphics for Mr.Gooochie’s girlfriend and ported all my code from delphi to C++ so that I can improve the fps and portability on intel machines.
I take out my time to create this freeware stuff for u people so I hope you can appreciate it.

Merry Christmas,
San.

And we do. It's just that I'm pretty sure everyone enjoyed the original gooochie so much better. He's so... cute. It's a great party trick, and I think you should be working on making more characters, and fixing the backgorund a little bit. The original goochie rocks, no doubt about it.

More fluid movement would be nice. Like have a 3d model instead of bitmaps

I deleted the latest version because I couldn't get it to work, and I can't find the original version. I feel so left out....I really wanted to see it too.

And we do appreciate all your time and effort you've put into creating it

I think Mr. Goochie should have like a "style" slider so you could change the dance style to like ... rhumba... conga... mambo... tango... hip hop... etc etc... even better would be if he alternated his style every song....

BTW what IS Mr. Goochie anyway? My best guess is a guy trying desprately to get out of a paper bag before he suffocates...

Don't use past tense there - you can still get the original mr. goochie! 3.0 from Sanchit's website, in all it's trippyness (and with a cool disco lights floor!)

Bah! Humbug.
