writing to memory

Whenever I load a skin at some point or another its gives me a writing to memory error and Im running a 1.99 ghz processor and 512 mb ram any suggestions?

Winamp version #?
Full error details? (header & body)
Installed ANY 3rd-party plugins?
Happens with all skins, or just one in particular?
