WIll winamp play a dynamic directory?

I want to have a non-stop jukebox in my home
where I can constantly add/remove songs
to a directory and my player will just constantly
update and roll through the songs randomly and repeatedly.

Does anyone know if Winamp can do this? if so how?

If not, What player does?
