Null Output and Crossfading plugins
Hi,
I use the null output plugin to silnce Winamp while online. That way it doesn't bother me if I don't want to listen to what I'm broadcasting. The problem is, I want to use crossfading at the same time, and I can't seem to get the two to work together. Whenever Null Output is enabled, Winamp doesn't crossfade. If I enable crossfading, it sends the music to my speakers. Help? Thanks a lot. ![]() - nx01tucker |

Yes, you may only have one output plug-in selected. Since these are not DSPs, I don't think they can be stacked with a stacker such as MuchFX or SqrSoft. FYI: SAM2 (Streaming Audio Manager) can do both. [/edit] |

I just tried MuchFX, and it would work, but both the Nullsoft Crossfading Plugin and the Null output plugin are under 'output' and I can't access them. >_<

Looks like your stuck with one way or the other with the default toolset.
Thanks for confirming my assumption. |

I think I may have solved the problem. I found a DSP crossfader in Winamp's plugin database. Hopefully I can run it and the Null-Output together. *Crosses fingers*
