Cool Searching for a good programmer...

Hi

...to anyone who would like to do programming on skins for WA3 but not graphics... I have made a few skins for another player and I'm fairly to rather good at graphics but don't even suck at programming... (worse than suck at...!)
So I'm looking for someone that could be a partner in making a few real kick-ass skins for WA3... no company bs involved... just for fun and perhaps eventually giving Sven a fair match...

Interested? E-mail me: BestRip@telia.com and give me a resumé of your interest in this and what you can do...

Hi -=RoNtZ=- and carlosp...

Thank you for replying was almost starting to think there wasn't gonna be any... didn't know if anyone was even remotly interested...
A sample of a skin that's been published for another player so there would be a few adjustments and changes. I've made a few others too after this one but I kinda like it... It has a cover and flips the CD for the equalizer... anyone interested in coding it? .

not directly my style, but before you don't find anyone to code it,i gonna do it. but i'd prefer a skin that is NOT a cd, cdplayer, carstereo or whatever, but skins from your imagination.

Hi -=RoNtZ=-

I have been thinking a bit about this.. and I find I have no idea how much work it is for you to code one skin and what things you can do easily and what things are difficult to do...
I had thougt that I'd like to make more than one skin this way if there was an interest from anyone who could code the stuff... published under both names!(?) But if it is a really big load of work maybe we could keep e-mailing some of the skin ideas until we both are happy with what to make??? Also this CDskin could get some more work done on it... making it quite a bit more surrealistic(?)... it was a while ago I made it and I have learned a thing or two since (sounds a bit much perhaps, and that was not really what I intended.. but I have learned more )
I think perhaps the freestylish skins that exists have become a bit "trendy"... many looking alike... I'm hoping to be a bit different.
The cover looks like this at the moment and I'd like to keep the basic red stuff, all else can be replaced.

Hi Flatnick...

Well since I have not followed any of these discussions I haven't a clue what you are referring to... sorry Do you disapprove on skinners/coders doing other skinners coding for them??? I can see your opinion there... don't know if I agree... but I do agree with Carlosp on " we only code skins which are worth to be coded " being a good guide line... and I guess if you do too you've decided against this skin ... and I'm not saying you're wrong... but I think I've seen a lot worse on WA3 skins and most certainly on WA2 skins.

My personal favourite WA3 skins are the MMD3 and Zygote... The first one because of its orderliness and completeness... the second on its beauty. Also the New Clear by Vag (I think) was very good looking... but as you might guess I'm fairly unfamiliar with all of the WA skins and WA too for that matter... I choosed that "other" player because of it's ability to handle the Monkeys audio codec and ripping facilities about one and a half years ago... having nooo idea that WA was a hundred million times bigger/more popular/better?

Rontz... "tools"???
Think that I was hoping for a lot of cool effects... if I present something that you really like? if I can?... but as I said I have noooo idea how much work the coding implies... but hoping for a fun teamwork and a good product
