well it has to lead off to an asx file, i was able to create one that works for an mp3 on a computer, but i have no idea how to load a shoutcast stream from an asx or any windows media file, i dont know if its even possible.

ok i found out what to do, first you change the link in the code from their 80s.asx file to an asx file on your computer. to create the asx file, open notepad and type
<ASX version="3.0"> <ENTRY><REF href="http://server:port" /></ENTRY> </ASX> then save it as file.asx and have the code go to it. dont include the /listen.pls just the ip:port and it should work. Last edited by GaryW; 25th August 2003 at 10:49. |

i downloaded all the images and tweaked with my stuff and came out with: http://radio.noiseinfection.com
if you click the listen link, and depending if i am streaming or not, you will noticed i changed some of the details of the page, but it still highly resembles the xm radio page. so it is possible to do... |
