Starting song in playlist

I'm sure that this is not a bug, but is annoying.
If I set the winamp (I use the 2.91 version) to shuffle mode everytime when I start a pleylist the first song in the list will be the first song that will be played. In my opinion, if I set the shuffle mode, the first song played should be a random one and not everytime the first one. Can you solve this, please?
