Language packs request

Hi,

sorry if I posted on the wrong place. I can't find the original (English) language packs for both Winamp2.x and Winamp3, I would like to translate them.
Also I think there's no need for Comments on locale download pages.

it's not complete though, you have to collect additional strings from the config xmls if you want to translate everything that is possible (you cannot translate eg. the playlist buttons)

you might need some unicode character codes for the winamp3 locale: http://www.unicode.org/charts/
you use them just like in html (without the underscores): &_#250; (decimal) or &_#x00FA; (hexadecimal)
