CD- Associate

Bouenas dias.
I don't know why, but i cannot uncheque the " Associate with Audio-CD" box in Winamp Preferences File Types menue.
Means:
everytime I insert an AudioCD into any drive, WINAMP starts loading and playing it, either the box is marked or not. The preferences are neither saved when I click on the CLOSE Button, nor when I just press ENTER.

I downloaded 291 lately, and the error did not occur the first time I used this version. Why it does now, I can't tell.
Perhaps somebody can...?!

I find that bug pretty annoying, because mostly this happens when I'm working on a new playlist, which by that time is sure to be wrecked. I guess everyone detecting this same problem at his PC would be pleased to get some help, so thanx

try this:
1) uncheck "Associate with audio CDs"
2) close winamp
3) go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Setup
4) uninstall the CD Player
5) reinstall the CD Player
6) report the results
