Is there a way to make my shoutcast station be broadcasted in other forms other then PLS? Some people don't have Winamp (even though they should have it) and they are real total n00bs. So, can I also have shoutcast broadcast my station in .asx format for windows media player?

Sure.

Create an ASX file and put it on a webserver with appropriate mime-types.

What I mean is how can I set shoutcast up so that it broadcasts in .asx format.

you'd need to use microsoft asx server since Shoutcast only supports mp3
