this is my first skin... any comments or suggestions

thats a pretty good first skin. i don't really like the cbuttons and i don't think you need that line between the main and eq windows. and i think that you should make the playlist stacks a little more original. other than that, good job!

well id like to keep it simple but im not really satisfied with the playlist and equalizer i need to add or change something but im not sure what to do, and i think i might get rid of that lime green line if thats what you were referring to k rock

I like it. two suggestions.

c buttons, make the dark....tan(?) ring the blue, and make the lables (the arrows etc) orage.

2) get rid of all the green everywhere. For a skin this simple, three colours is the max I would suggest using if their are not of the same base colour.

other than that, I like it.

Pretty good. Way to go!
If it wasnt a first skin I would suggest some different EQ/Balance/Volume sliders and playlist stacks to give it more personality.
The round CBUTTONS look a little blurry/pale.

the cbuttons are blurry because of the crappy jpeg quality, id like to redo the equalizer and maybe add something to the playlist stacks but i cant seem to think of anything, anybody got any ideas?

You could make the playlist buttons round like the cbuttons.
Leaves less space for labeling though.
