change classic skin

I am a newbie to this forum. I want to change my classic skin with one of the skins posted on winamp site. I've downloaded one skin from the site but I don't know what to do with the file. It has a wal extension. With the hope that who will answer me will have the pacience to learn me what to do, I give you my respects. Andrew

Currently .wal files are skin files for Winamp3, you need to put the .wal file in the ..\Winamp3\skins folder, after that load the skin via the skins sub-menu in Winamp3.

.wal files don't work in Winamp2.
When "Winamp5" gets released, you will be able to use .wal files with it as well.

If you want winamp 2 skins, you should look for them here: http://classic.winamp.com/skins/. They should automatically load up onto your winamp when you download them.

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.

All my skins: @ winamp.com @ 1K1WS @ Deviantart.com
