Noone can hear my music?

can someone explain to me how to broadcast my music? It is picking up sounds from my mic instead of what is in my winamp playlist! Embarrising like you would beleive!!!!

Noone apperantly can hear it, and i used win-3 to see if i could hear my station and icant either.. messed up. anyone?
