ADSL Modem forgets where it's at????

Tried that too!!!!
It happens when the "modem" hits the 24 hr mark! Regardless of firewall on or off..

I've used XP's firewall, pc-cillin 2003, mcafee, Currently back on my favourite Zone Alarm!!!! No matter which one is in there come 24hrs of modem connection this happens.

I'm thinking it is a modem setting????? As I've watched the IP address and it stays put when this happens.....
