Problems with broadcasting

this is the error I get. I dont know whether users can see my address. I have visited Radio Toolbox and saw my IP was different. It says my IP is 202.88.152.240 but i have 192.168.208.141 as my IP. i am using a shared connection actually I have a cable modem installed in the apartments and 5 of the residents share the same connection. Is there any method to broadcast my music please help me.

that is wht my whole log says. I have installed shoutcast only today please help me. I have zonealarm 4.0 but i dont think there is any problem with it. If there is any test to check plz tell me. I need help plz.

Simply do what it says and type something in the title/description field in the SHOUTcast source. It's under the Yellowpages tab.
