need help :(

Hi
can someone halp me?
I want to stream at the server of a friend. I am connced, winamp is sending files, everythings looks like it would do the job but no one can hear something.
config:
Shoutcastsource:
Input Device: Winamp
Encoder type: mp3 Encoder
Encoder settings 56kbps 22,050kHz, stereo
output: configured and sending
Output 1 is sending

Souncardconfig:
Terratec 512PCI (or so)
volume autput: everythings activated and at a good quali
Volume Input: chosen Micro

connecting to Internet:
LAN
Linuxrouter

I hope anyone can read this message and can help me

Hello,

I am not familiar with Microsoft's softwares but didn't you had to choose Winamp as the source of your DSP ?

So your mp3 files will be directly broadcasted.

It might have to do with your router.... Search the forums for "port forwarding". Also, please ask your friend to see the server log so that you can post any errors that occur.
