Im trying to setup somone as a dj on my server.
He can't listen nor cna he brodcast. Doe shte DJ need ot have the 800 & 8001 ports open? |

You need to have both portBase and portBase+1 (default is 8000 and 8001) opened and forwarded on your DNASs machine.
All the other DJ needs is to enter the correct information for your DNAS in their Winamp/DSP combo. What exactly (minus the password) are they entering? |

the exact settings i had in my dsp.
my ip password,and port 8000 and i had them enter yp info too |

Your "real-world" IP? Don't have them enter localhost, because that won't work.
Did he forward both ports 8000 and 8001 to the machine the DSP is on? Scotty Doesn't Know |
