Can't Hear Full Songs, Instead I Hear Static

I was wondering why when I d/l songs from Kaaza or Imesh I can only hear the first 15 secs of the song and then static. Is this b/c I don't have something on my computer to hear the songs or something?

This is not a problem with the player. The files themselves have ben corrupted. I've noticed these with some files, in fact I want to make a list of such files that have ben corrupted. Personally, I think these files are a last effort to try to stop filesharing. You just have to download a lot of copies of the song and sift through them until you find a good copy.

So far I know of:

Ataris - Boys of Summer
Bon Jovi - Everyday
Saliva - Bleed for Me(not static but obviously deliberate noise)

What song did you find?

so far I've tried Obie Trice
and it seems like all his songs are like this

just downloaded Obie Trice - Got some Teeth, static is always starting the same and always starting at 12 seconds, it's a problem with the recording. Just do a search for the exact song(artist and track name) and choose some of the less downloaded or different sized files.
