Hoi everyone:

Me thinks this will be the catalyst which will EXPOSE THE RIAA for what they REALLY are and what they REALLY want, but will NEVER get. :-)

Thoughts anyone?

Unlikely. The RIAA has been sued several times and as far as I know they always come out on top. These sort of attempts are more for publicity than anything. KAZAA even tried to sue them, you can imagine how that went over.

While yes, the RIAA seems to be comming out on top so far, they are going to screw up. Because what they are doing is fundamentally wrong in the long run, they're going to go after the wrong person. And that person is going to have the knowledge, power, and lawyers to retaliate legally with a viciousness that even they didn't consider possible.

Have you noticed that no actual recording artists or high-profile people have been gone after yet? Even though many have openly admitted to downloading and playing MP3s. Funny that eh?

They'll get stabbed real nice and hard, they're simply another Inquisition. And us Wiccans are still around.

no they won't. They have too much money backing them to just "fail and die". Somehow, someone will find a way to make the RIAA work, even if it gets any worse right now.
