Cant play .dat files and VCD.

1) Add DAT to the extension list in DirectShow Decoder config.

2) Winamp has never claimed to be able to play VCD/DVD.
Unimplemented features aren't bugs.
However, apparently, many people have got VCD to play ok in Winamp.
Search first.
