For such a large amount, you should change read titles to one of
"on display/play" and uncheck "sort files on load". What is your mobo & cpu? 160mb ram is not really enough to run XP, never mind perform such a gargantuous task as reading the id3 tags from 20Gb of mp3's (assuming they are all mp3's). [edit] aah, 3rd-party plugin bug. Doh! [/edit] |

mb on old via chipset, cpu cyrix m2.
Error signature: AppName: winamp.exe AppVer: 2.9.1.0 ModName: in_sid.dll ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00022a8b It seems problem in in_sid.dll, so then i delete it, tags reads without any problems. So this bug from sidamp v1.4b, third party plugin. |

Using read on load with filename %8 won't work? Is this the bottom line? Trying to read on load 80 GB of .ape files using just filename doesn't seem to be a very hard task. Yes, it's a plugin but it used to work for me, albeit with smaller amounts of data. My system has 512mb, 2gHz, 400 fsb. What's the deal. Winamp 2,3, 5beta can not complete this operation succesfully.
