error in Kernel32.dll

keep receiving this error message "winamp has caused an error in kernel32.dll" ,i'm using winamp v2.65,win98, any hints on how to fix plz..

Under what circumstances do you get the error?
Have you installed any plug-ins other than the ones that came with Winamp?
