cant get an email through to winamp support.

I think there may be something wrong with the support email address. Does anyone know how I can get a message to winamp to tell them.

I've never tried to e-mail Winamp support. Maybe if you search the forums you can find an answer to your problem.

It's been like that for ages, a year at least.

I'm guessing the reason they havent fixed it by now is because most people use the forums for tech support.

The only problem with that is that no one has been able to answer my problem in winamp3 tech support.

Try doing a search for "MP3's won't play" and see what you come up with. I've been able to find the answer to almost every tech support question I've had by doing a search. Sometimes you just have to type in several different possibilities, and be persistent. Good Luck!
