Hey. I'm new here and I wanna know, What do I have to do to make skin??? Where do I go to make a skin? Where do I get the softwere to make a skin? Please help me out here! Thanx.

well, see, you can't skin. you need to be able to read instructions like "Please read the Winamp FAQ before posting".

You have to have somekind of painting program that can read/write .bmp pictures and base skin of winamp

go home, then goto internet, then goto http://www.winamp.com/nsdn/winamp2x/dev/skins

You get paint with windows, and trial version of paint shop pro is available at http://www.jasc.com
you have to get the basic skin from http://www.winamp.com/nsdn/winamp2x/dev/skins
