after finalising cdrw - can u still reburn stuff?

That's why it's called finalizing.
However, next time you burn something, just close the session and not the disc. It'll allow you to add files to it (not delete any unless you use something like Roxio's Drag-n-Drop system) until you run out of space.

The idea behind burning is that it burns small holes into the disc that represent the data, once you've burned a hole into it you can't just fill it back in. Rewritable cd's however just change colour (i think) when you write to them so you can format them and reuse them.

You can format rewritables, rewritables are more expensive to buy though. But normal CD's you can only burn to once.

I haven't ever seen an option in any burning software to erase a cdrw though.
Are you saying you can erase a whole CDRW after you finalize?? |
