I have made skins, but i don't get how to publish them (and where)

Hey all of u! I have made some skins (but a freeware skinmaker =) but i can't understand how to publish them or where (i think this page is the one)

plz help meeeeee!!!!!!
and sorry 4 my bad english, is that i'm argentinian.- thanx...

winamp.com has a header "skins & plug-ins" click on it!
then "submit reasources" and LOGIN
THEN JUST CILCK "Submit a Skin or Plug-in to Winamp.com" AND GO FROM THERE!
