How to make transparent buttons?

Does anybody know how to make the slider buttons in Volume and Balance transparent? Is there a predefined color that is transparent? And if so, what's the color code?

All that u have to do is make the bitmap file slightly smaller.

To do this open up Microsoft Paint (comes with windows) and then open your bitmap file. then Zoom in onto the slider buttons by clicking the magnifying glass tool

then find the handle at the bottom of the bitmap and drap it up to cover up the sliders.

What I actually want is a much narrower button... the height of the button is okay... but it's way too wide. It's covering too much of the bitmap behind the actual button. I only want the button 1 (one) pixel wide. Is that possible?

Ahh I see what you mean.
Yes it can be done but it's a lot of work.

The thing is... you have to make the volume and balance .bmp's smaller so that the the button doesn't fit on it anymore.

Now the buttons are invisible, and you can manually draw your own sliders...dl my skin

for reference, you'll see that's the way I made my volume-slider only one pixel high.

OMG!?!?!
just a few weeks ago it was in the top 10 and it had 5 stars and now it's been degraded to 3 WTF!

Some other guy had ripped my skin :

(he also got 5 stars for it), so I ask Steve to remove the fake...and what do they do? they degrade BOTH OF THEM to 3 stars.

This sucks ass! Steve what is wrong with you!?!
