Playlist problems

Why is it that nowadays I am not allowed to have a playlist of over 978 songs. WHenever I quit winamp, and re-open it, my playlist (which contains 1721 MP3's) keeps shrinking to a list of 978. This is getting very annoying.

Go to the folder that you have Winamp installed to (usually 'C:\Program Files\Winamp\') and make sure 'winamp.m3u' is not set to Read Only. You can also try deleting it (with Winamp closed), open Winamp, open your playlist, then close and open Winamp again.
