Telemarket 7. etc. etc. Restricting these evils is a violation of pure free speech , yet I am glad these amendments exists. A world of total free speech would be full of liars and deceit. Amending the constitution is not a bad thing, hell, it was written long enough ago that it needs to be revamped. They say if you play a Microsoft CD backwards you hear satanic messages.
