Heavy Metal Instrumentals?

Hey all.

Again, I've got to enlist the help of the resident audiophiles... I've been wondering for a while now if there's any decent Metal instrumentalist bands out there... Not bands that just give us one or two numbers without vocals, but focus entirely on instrumental music, much like Apocalyptica - just heavier, with guitars & stuff.

Anyone know any?
