Do you want it to play a certain track? Certain playlist? Last playlist? Where it left off?

Put a shortcut to the playlist the Startup folder in your Start menu. If you want it to play the last playlist put a shortcut to Winamp.m3u (shortcut, not copy) in the Startup folder (winamp.m3u can be found in the C:\Program Files\Winamp\ folder)

Where it left off: Try this plug and then copy the shortcut to Winamp to the Starup folder in your Start menu.

[Edit: Too slow, this is what I get for just not copy and pasting an anwser ]
