@nunzio - i didn't know that they didn't have a paid webmaster. apologies to the entire team for that out-of-place assumption.

but what i meant was that usually a PAID webmaster will code a site, test it, code it, test it etc., all on a live server, then when the time comes, simply change a symbolic link and it all happens with zero downtime. that's what i try to do when i update a big site.

so that's all i meant about that.
