Now, I don't work for Nullsoft, but I do know a little bit about MySQL, the engine that is at work beneith this forum software.

The forum is busy, very busy, meaning, MySQL (the database software) is being worked and worked big time. The reason you got the error most likely is that MySQL reached the transaction limit that it was configured to allow that very second.
